Our policies are inline with South African ECT act.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at theden@braversa.com or fill in the form below within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Customized items are not returnable or refundable unless there is a product defect.
We highly recommend that you consult the sizing guide carefully before ordering an item.
On return, the item will be examined for any signs of wear and tear.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the item being received back at Braver South Africa.
Returns will be charged to the customers account.
